In 2005 this Land Rover underwent a full body/ interior restoration by David Walker at Alex Engineering. The engine is still original with its original millage and has been maintained by us at Harris-Mayes ever since the current owner took ownership back in 1989. The vehicle has been garaged since 1989 and has been in the company of plenty of other Land Rovers in the current owners collection. This vehicle is completely original and includes everything it would have had when it was in service including stretchers. This Land Rover is accompanied with a British Motor Industry Heritage Certificate. It has just had a new clutch and oil service. We have just MOT'd this Land Rover and it has passed with no advisories. It has been shown in lots of military shows in the last five years including the MVT. It could be used for a multiple applications for example, could be easily converted into a expedition/ camper and also a bar etc, which would be great for shows!
